The whole transaction was uneventful as it should be. Everything happened exactly as it was described to me. I bought a rare car from Atlanta and had it shipped to NYC. First time shipping a car and the whole thing was new to me. I called Joanne and while she doesn't try to oversell you, she provided direct and useful information. This transaction she brokered and the company she used, Ultimate Auto Transport, was the actual carrier. Trucker picked up the car as indicated and delivered on time, as promised. No stories. The one time I needed to call her because the trucker did not pick his phone on the date of delivery, she did her magic and the trucker called me within 10 minutes of my call to her. Car delivered without any problems. Great service and would use again. Honesty and service goes a long way with these type of transactions and that is the reason the Parker operation has as many high remarks as they do.
