Worst experience ever. Contacted Joanne on May 8th. Needed car to be in Vagas on May 29th. Everything was fine until it became closer to pick up date which was May 21st. Was promised an update about the whole process a week before. No follow up. Not even an email or phone call. Finally got in touch on the 21st and was told that my vehicle would be shipped at some point that week meaning my vehicle has no chance now to be delivered anywhere near the 29 of May. Never received an apology or anything. Had to make a last ditch effort and go with someone else. Thank god Dave from ALPINETRANSPORTINC hooked me up. Got an enclosed carrier and someone to pick up my car in 30 minutes. Got my car a couple days late but that was due to MJ Parker screwing everything up. To bad I figured out Joanne tried to screw me over to make more money on her end by shipping my car with another vehicle in the area. How do I know, because it was my girlfriends vehicle who needed her car shipped a few days after me for work reasons. Oh well, thankfully she got no business from me or her. Go with ALPINETRANSPORTINC. Always kept in touch from beginning to end.
