I contacted Joanne by e-mail and was given a bid within just a few minutes. I had done some research before to find out about prices and I felt MJ Parker's was lower than most places I had contacted. I was kept up to date on when the car would be moved from San Francisco to St. Louis. The car belongs to my son and he was contacted by the transporter the day before it was to be picked up. He was told the driver would arrive within a two hour window. That all went very smoothly. I then recieved a call from the transporter the day before the car was to arrive in St. Louis and the driver told me it would be there the next day in the afternoon. Thirty minutes before the car arrived the driver told me where he was and that he would be there soon. The car arrived right on time and it looked great. It was transported in an open truck and there was no damage at all. The driver was very professional and we were so happy with the service. I am going to use MJ Parker any time I have a need like this again.
