Joanne gets a solid "A". The process gets a Solid "B" overall. Everything was fine but the subcontractor driver pimped me for extra money to pickup the vehicle. I am happy to get my car in a reasonably punctual fashion.

Doug, Thanks for the review. The price is known before the driver is dispatched. Due to your pickup area that was in an area that was out of the way, I didn't think that the extra $50 was excessive. I actually thought it was very reasonable. You can also look at it another way, that was the drivers tip. Hope you enjoy your new toy. Best Wishes ~ Parker Family
