I was contacted by all parties involved very quickly, from the broker, to the person picking up my car and delivering it to the company shipping my car across country, and the actual company shipping my car (Transauto). Very good communication by all. My car was delivered earlier than I was quoted, and it appeared to be in the same condition in which it was sent. I put many of my belongings in the car including skis, bike rack and clothing, all of which was there when my car was delivered.
