First time I had ever had a vehicle transported, and was a bit confused about how to get questions answered before committing. Joanne contacted me and assured me that by clicking on the link in the email sent my questions would be answered, and it did. Process was smooth as silk, and fast! Clicked on Tuesday, and the car was picked up the next day! Was also one of the lowest quotes ($800), but with the other good reviews, I put aside warnings from others about going with the cheapest. I did have to meet the pickup an hour away as my hometown is a bit off the beaten path, but delivery was right to my home in AZ. :o) Thank you, Joanne and George!
