Vehicle delivery

Vehicle was picked up on a Monday with 1 hours notice (a bit tight). We were told car would be delivered on Saturday and we would get a days notice. We got a call at 2:30 pm on Thursday saying car would be delivered that night at 9:30. So much for the 1 days notice. At 9:30 the driver called and said he would not arrive till 11:30 pm. This is a totally unacceptable time to deliver a vehicle but rather than create an incident we accepted delivery. There was no way to properly inspect the vehicle under those conditions. We feel the driver failed to take into consideration the customer. His office (Premium Transport - not MJ Parker) should not have allowed this late delivery and the driver's actions gave everybody a black eye.

Paul, Sorry for the short notice. I apologize for the driver. At 11:30 pm, I am in bed I would of refused delivery. You have that option. I try to educate my customers and I apologize that you felt that you had to take delivery at that hour. With the snowbird season, drivers are running hard because this is when they make their money. Still no excuse for his behavior. I give my cell phone number out to my customers for situations like this. If something does not feel right, I want my customers to call me and talk to me about the situation. Again I apologize. Best Wishes ~ Parker Family
