Sorry for the short notice. I apologize for the driver. At 11:30 pm, I am in bed I would of refused delivery. You have that option. I try to educate my customers and I apologize that you felt that you had to take delivery at that hour. With the snowbird season, drivers are running hard because this is when they make their money. Still no excuse for his behavior. I give my cell phone number out to my customers for situations like this. If something does not feel right, I want my customers to call me and talk to me about the situation. Again I apologize. Best Wishes ~ Parker Family
