Overall, I am very pleased with the process. It was easy to obtain the quote on line and the contact person was very responsive to my questions ( email and phone). The price was very competitive. Once we decided to proceed, an application was sent to us by email. The assigned driver contacted us a day or so prior to the requested pick up date but ultimately made better time than he anticipated and picked up the car the evening before. He kept in communication with regards to his progress/ estimated time of arrival to pick up location and drop off location. I would recommend the company to others and would use them again.
