Thank you for the review. We appreciate you taking the time. At time of pickup, the driver does an inspection of your vehicle and notes any damage on his Bill of Lading. A copy of the bol is left at time of pickup. At time of delivery the driver ask the receiving person to sign the same bol (it is a 3 part form) stating that your vehicle was delivered in the same condition that it was picked up in. If the driver noted 4 scratches, I am sure you will see what he is talking about once you get to your parents house. It was a pleasure working with you. Best Wishes ~ Leanne
