Joanne, with MJ Parker Transport was very helpful in originating the process and stood by a price offered on the internet. She answered my questions about the process in a professional manner and said she would wait a couple of days to start as there was still time.

I was later contacted with the name of the carrier that would actually be hauling my vehicle and was told they would be in touch. I was getting nervous as the planned date for shipment was approaching and I hadn't heard from the carrier. I contacted Joanne and was just a little disappointed with the response received in the email It is possible that she did contact them as I was called later that night by their dispatcher and given the phone number of their driver and when he might be contacting me. I had thought part of this would have been done through MJ Parker, but it wasn't to be.

'Mike', from Ral-Al, Inc called a day later and we discussed pick up times and locations. This later got changed, but to his credit, he was very tired. When we finally got together, I was very impressed with the transport being used as it was practically new and Mike was very friendly and efficient. He happened to be from Russia, so there was just a little misunderstanding of grammar between us, but his attitude way more than made up for it.

My Jeep was being picked up by my daughter a few days after it was actually delivered to the Ray-Al storage yard and she said that it arrived in perfect condition and the exchange went very smoothly on her end. All in all, a very good experience even though just a little more information may have been given. It is possible that I may be shipping a second vehicle to the same place soon and if it happens, I will be using MJ Parker again for the process.

Richard. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am glad the transportation went smoothly, and your daughter also had a good experience. We have used this transportation company several times and have had great experience with them. I do apologize of the lack of information at first.
