Spectacular Service, Great Value!!!

First time transporting a car and very thankful I chose MJ Parker Trucking which I found through this site. Trying to transport a vehicle close to the start of the new year is difficult because drivers are on holiday and weather conditions can delay the transport time. I worked with Leanne whose communication through the entire process was nothing short of spectacular. Since I was out of the country and unable to communicate via phone, she gladly kept me update via email and even though the time zones did not always match up, the communication was very quick! Once I got back to the US after Christmas, there was still not a driver in place to transport my vehicle even though I was moving down to North Carolina after the new year. Leanne and I put together a back up plan to ensure the car would be transported and on time. Leanne was relentless in finding a driver to transport my vehicle and she found one a couple of days before I left! The driver was very friendly and handled my car with care. He picked the car up Monday, and it was scheduled to arrive Friday but showed up Wednesday which was great! Leanne also confirmed with me that I had recieved my vehicle and was satisfied with the condition it was in upon arrival. Overall I am very very pleased with the service provided by MJ Parker Trucking and would recommend them to anybody who is looking to transport their vehicle at a great value. Another fact about MJ Parker Trucking is that they are a family owned business which means they will personally take care of you individually. You will not be communicating with multiple people like other larger transport companies. GREAT JOB MJ PARKER TRUCKING!!!
