I talked to Leanne briefly on the phone, she gave me a quote of $550 and said she would write up the paperwork and email it to me within the hour, 30 minutes later I had all the info needed to get started. Once I filled out the paperwork and sent it in the next day I was given a pick-up and delivery date. Leanne followed up with me again to make sure I understood everything that was happening and make sure I was happy!
Our car was picked up within the hour of the promised time, It made it from Colorado to California by Monday morning 2 days ahead of the quoted delivery time! MJ Parker Trucking made myself and my daughter very happy!! This is what customer service is all about! The car was dropped off the same way it was picked up, by a courteous driver, car intact and ahead of schedule!
Leanne followed up one more time making sure everything went smooth, it doesn't get any better!! I won't hesitate using them again the next time I need to ship. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, outstanding customer service was unheard of until I was referred to Leanne and Parker Trucking. This all took place within a week of the 1st phone call! No hidden costs or charges, the same price as quoted from the first conversation!!
