BEWARE OF ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION!

PARKER TRANSPORT arranged for ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION (704.626.6530) to deliver my SUV to Florida. The driver could not navigate a four lane road to my residence to pick up my vehicle; therefore, I was required to drive it to him several miles away...and things went downhill from there!

Once in Florida, Debbie (786.426.9233) representing the ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION driver, Felipe M., arranged delivery of my SUV for 10:00 am on Saturday, July 11, but the driver was a NO SHOW! I called ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION to request the driver's status. Only then was I told the truck was experiencing mechanical problems and would not be at the drop off location as agreed to even though ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION had nearly 15 hours to inform me of this development! To add insult to injury, I had to drive over 100 miles round-trip from my residence to not have the privilege of picking up my vehicle.

It took two more days for ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION to contact me again to arrange delivery. A miscommunication ensued and ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION drove my SUV over 32 miles without my permission and even then the ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION driver was more than two hours late!

Throughout this ordeal, I contacted PARKER TRANSPORT and although Joanne Parker told Leanne to keep me posted, she too dropped the ball.

This transport was an absolute nightmare, not to mention the added time and expenses I incurred as a result of ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION'S unscrupulous business practices. BUYER'S BEWARE OF ROYALTY EXPRESS CORPORATION!
