MJ Parker is an absolute diamond in the rough!!!

First of all, I will always recommend that anyone use MJ Parker for their auto transport needs! In fact, I know that in 3 years we'll probably have another big move and will absolutely call them first. I wish we would've found them earlier on in our search as that would've saved us a lot of headaches! If you're reading this review, you probably know for yourself what a headache it can be to find someone you trust. We called numerous companies, and everyone tells you something different, and many of them just try to take you for every dime you have. This is not the case with MJ Parker. Joanne is very knowledgable, very honest and very professional. I just can't say this enough.

She gives you an education on how the process works which is so helpful. In fact, Mike and Joanne are both broker and carrier; however, in my case they brokered my car out. She told me they have high ratings as brokers and carriers want to work with them. They only use carriers with as close to 100% positive reviews. The reason they started brokering is because they were tired of getting burnt by brokers (as carriers) and she wants to do her part to keep the industry honest. You don't get that much these days! She keeps her broker's fee very low, which is why you may find their quote to be a little less than your over-all quote elsewhere. The fact of the matter is that while they only pocketed $100 broker's fee, other companies were pocketing $150-300 off of the quote I'd been given! She prices the car to the carrier very reasonably, so that truckers aren't pocketing too much or too little.

Our car was only 1 day late, but this was not the fault of MJ Parker. I was told that the carrier was delayed because of an issue with another car he was picking up that was not made available on the day it was supposed to be. He actually left Phoenix on Tuesday and made it to Nashville by Friday! That's hauling for sure! The thing I appreicate about Joanne is that she keeps you informed along the way. Our car was in great shape when it arrived despite the dirt and bugs. We expected that though as it was an open carrier. I have no reservations with recommending them whatsoever. Thanks Joanne for such excellent work & for letting us drop the car off at your place since we had to leave town so quickly!
