Summary of my car transport experience was unequivocal 10! I contacted Parker Auto Transport, which was random decision, after reading numerous customer reviews on web. (Parker seemed to have neither negative customer reviews nor customers compensated to submit reviews.) Joanne Parker was my only contact; she was working in broker capacity; her price was fully competitive. I called her on a Wednesday morning from "obscure" location in Idaho requesting transport of brand new Lexus (300 mi on odo) to Southern California. I told her I was flexible in terms of timing. She called me back in few hours and indicated that she could arrange for pick-up later that day! I took a deep breath and proceeded. Trucker showed up as promised on Wednesday afternoon with indicated drop-off following Sunday or Monday. Drop-off (to third person) actually occured on Friday night, two days later (and two days early). Car arrived in perfect condition; totally positive experience all-around!
