After some confusion on type of carrier and pick up time it went smoothly. Car was delivered late. Each day on the scheduled date I was told tomorrow. It was really three days late causing expenses for a car rental. In the carrier's defense, it was winter and he hit some weather problems. But I was never notified of the progress and that should have been considered when I was told the delivery date at the time of pickup.
