I recently had two vehicles moved from Florida to California and utilized Parker Trucking. This has easily been my best experience to date as far as moving vehicles across country. Joanne (who coordinated the pickup/delivery dates and drivers) was excellent with continuous/prompt communication, up front/accurate pricing, and honest about any restrictions concerning the move. She responded quickly to emails and either answered or responded quickly to phone calls. When we had concerns or restrictions she worked with us to iron out the details. The pickup dates were guaranteed and accurate even on fairly short notice and the deliveries (though not guaranteed on the first move) were in relatively short times. Both drivers were exceptionally curtious, answered or responded quickly to my calls, and kept me updated as to specific time and day of pickup and delivery. I had complete peace of mind from start to finish with the whole operation. After reading numerous horror stories online and dealing with suspect shipping companies in the past, this experience has been terrific. I will, without a single doubt, utilize Parker Trucking again for ALL my future vehicle moves. I am not sure if it is the least expensive shipping company but I felt the price was reasonsable and one can't put a cost on the convenience and overall ease of doing business with Parker Trucking. All my expectations were met and then some!
