This was a new vehicle from lexus beverly Hills delivered on Oct 13, 2007
As the car came off the truck I saw the lower bumper was damaged/scraped on either side by what looked very much to be gouges caused by the ramps they use. I showed the driver and had a somewhat amusing conversation with him (chris). He said it was like that when they picked it up. He was serious when he said this, I couldn't believe it. The car was new, it had 40 miles on it. There's almost no possible way lexus would let a car with this damage out of their lot.
MRV said they would pay for the damage, new bumper, paint and labor was $789. Andre said the check was in the mail, twice.
Once he blamed the fires, which was understandable (maybe). But then he set a date it would be here and it never showed. Five days ago he said it was mailed last week. This also was not true.
I had the work done four days after I received the car.
Still trying to get my money for their damages to this new car. It's unbelievable.
