Pj I apologize for the incident that you encountered with your SUV. The company that we picked was checked out and carefully selected. Insurance, License and authority. Like you said we were on a three way with the carrier and he did assure me that he was going to take care it. Unfortunately we here at Mt. Olive have no control over the actions of the drivers that are carefully selected. We select drivers with a 95 or higher percentage rating. At that time he had a 100%. He now has of 98.4%. I gave him a negative rating and he has not responded. I sent him a message that I won't take off the rating until he resolves the matter. As far as your review, we gave you 100% customer service always being here to answer any questions.
