Overall transport service met my expectations, and my truck arrived in Newfoundland on time despite being caught in a snow storm in Halifax. Very pleased with the condition when it arrived.

What set this experience apart was the quality of customer service. The representative I dealt with was always willing to answer my calls and emails, even if I was calling outside of the standard office hours or on the weekend. I even received an update on a holiday when my vehicle was delayed in a snowstorm. For something as valuable as my vehicle, I really appreciated that level of customer service.
