MVS seemed to have the best reviews online so we decided to use this company. Overall, we were happy with the service. Christina in the main office was very good at answering our emails and the call center woman was also very helpful. In Calgary, the drop off point is run by another company. We were told to contact them in advance to set-up a drop off time, which we did, but when we called just before going to drop off the car, we could not reach the contact person. After a couple phone calls to MVS, it was sorted out and they were able to reach them but one hour of stress was incurred due to the fact that if we didn't make the drop off at the time we had prearranged we wouldn't have been able to make it at all as we were flying out sortly thereafter. It turns out that the drop-off company doesn't accept phone calls from blocked numbers, so that is why we couldn't get through. When we called from a different number they answered the phone. Seems to be a strange business policy to not answer the phone!
The car arrived in 9 days, in the same condition as when we dropped it off, except that it was very dirty/dusty from traveling across the country.
Overall, a good experience and we would use this company again.
