We apologize that you car was not picked up on a timely manner. But you certainly left out a lot of information from your review. First of all know one here at this office ever offended or insulted you and called you this names that you are saying. You were the only person that was aggressive with our employees. You would practically call this office 10 times a day, and you would threaten our employees and secretary and call us all kind of names. We are a professional operation and you sir are not quite truthful. And as far as your deposit is concerned it has been refunded to you in full as you already know.
