This is a follow up to my negative review number 00193202. In that review I reported that the transporter not only didn't pick up my vehicle when promised- he also did not return my deposit. After months of calls and E mails and promises, they deducted another 145.00 from my account. After calling and E mailing, the duplicate payment was refunded (unfortunately after several of my checks bounced) but the original deposit was NOT refunded. I placed the report and Magic said I was not a customer. After faxing most of my E mail communcations between Magic and myself, Transporter Review submitted my review. I went on the site yesterday and saw that Magic had responded by saying that they had refunded my money. The TRUTH is they HAVE NOT refunded my original deposit. I have not received this money from them!
