I initially received about 15 quotes from an internet posting and a quote arrived from Magic Carpet via email and shortly thereafter we were contacted by phone by Shaylean who was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I asked her to call me back a few times due to my busy schedule and she always did so on time and courteously.
