I was desperate when I contacted Magic Carpet, and they came through for me. I had signed up with another transport company, but after 15 days they had still not found someone to transport my vehicle. However, 3 days after I called Magic Carpet, I received a call from a driver who was willing to transport my vehicle. And, the driver picked up my vehicle the very next night. So, 4 days after my call to Magic Carpet, my vehicle was on its way to its destination. My customer service rep at Magic Carpet, Sue Garrison, was calm, professional, and informative at all times. She kept in contact with me at her own initiative from beginning to end. I even received a call from her after my vehicle was delivered to me. She was very knowledgable and I appreciate all that she did.
The driver that picked up my vehicle was also organized and professional. He was there when he said he would be and told us when we could expect the vehicle to arrive at its desitnation. The vehicle was returned to us in exactly the same condition that we had given it to him. We called him several times on the expected date of delivery so that we could plan our day and know when to meet him. He never seemed to mind at all.
I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet, and specifically Sue Garrison, to anyone that needs to move a vehicle from one location to another.
