My car was to be picked up on September 6, but was not picked up until after 9PM on September 7, and only after I raised hell with their office. Delivery was finally scheduled for September 17, but the car arrived at 0130AM, yes, the middle of the night, on September 15 after being told in the afternoon on September 14 that it would arrive between 5PM and 8PM.

I also had to endure an additional $75 charge that the driver supposedly insisted on, but the driver that delivered the car informed me that he had only had the vehicle for three days and had driven it about 3100 miles in that time. I do not believe the driver I met saw the $75.

Unlike my previous experiences, may car was driven to me and the truck was nowhere to be seen. I never thought to check the odometer or the gas level, so I cannot say how far the car may have been driven.

There was some minor damage in two spots that can be supported by photographs and a great deal of greasy dirt on the leather front seats and door panels. I do not plan to file a damage claim and I cleaned the interior myself, because I want nothing to do with Magic Carpet Auto Transport.

I recommend that you look elsewhere as I have had much better service from other vendors. I still have one vehicle to transport, but I will not even consider a company located in the same area as these folks.
