Patient with ambivalence

In my case, I ended up cancelling the transport. This was due to the ambivalence of the person
to whom the car was to be delivered, not the service quality. I was happy with the service
person's patience with our "on again off again" order. The first time we bowed out, she put our
order on hold until we were more certain. The second time she found us a carrier who would
pick up the car the very same day we placed the renewed order. The carrier did not show up at
the appointed time, but it was due to a problem with his truck, and he was ready to pick up the car the following morning. This turned out to be a positive
for us because, in that extra short time window, the person receiving the car (now having flown
to New York) decided to again delay the decision about the car. This time we cancelled the order to give us plenty of time to finalize our plans. During all this back and forth, the Magic Carpet
service person stayed cool, polite and professional.
