My dispatch personnel was as helpful as she could be and this in no way reflects her or the way she did her job. This review is for the transporter. They had bad communication, were late and never contacted me personally until I called them to find out that my 2009 Chevy pickup in mint condition with 25,000 miles has been damaged. Come to find out after the truck was not at the delivery point and 2 hrs of driving around Denver with the wrong directions given to me twice by the manager we found my truck not damaged but totaled with no real explanation and no compensation offered. Instead they tell me I still owe them full price for shipping which my down payment has already been made. This whole deal was handled poorly and unprofessionally and useless the insurance company companionates me for my loss I will file a law suit! For my review I can't say enough bad things. I’m shocked and appalled that people do business this way and if I had my way they would be out of business so this could not happen again! Gorgasal trucking was the name of trucking company my review stands utill the situation is taken care of!!!!!
