Overall, I was very satisfied with MCAT and would definitely use them again. Their price was extremely competitive and I received my car in Hawaii much sooner than I had anticipated. The only problem I had was with the contract trucker that transported my car from Dallas to Long Beach. The contract trucker was 2 days late to pick up my car from when he told me he would pick it up. He was delayed in Houston before coming to Dallas. We had planned for delays ahead of time, so in the end it was not a big deal. However, I discussed with the truck driver that all he had to tell me was that he was going to be delayed by two days and that we couldn't pick up my car until Wednesday vice Monday like he had promised.
Crystal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and when she was gone, Connie answered all my questions and took care of my concerns.
