Contact at Magic Carpet-Shaylene-was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had an extremely exuberant and outgoing personality as well as insight in the trucking industry. Never did I feel "left in the dark" or wonder if I had made an incorrect choice in selecting my agent to handle this first time delivery. If I ever have the opportunity to transport again I shall certainly use Magic Carpet delivery services. The price was mid range from other shipping agents yet the service I received from Shaylene and Magic Carpet put my mind at ease and I had no worries. She pulled it off without a hitch and I certainly appreciate everything.
