Magic Carpet (particularly Susan Garrison) was *great*! She was willing to answer questions through the entire process and had even responded on her day off. She kept me completely informed the entire time, was easy to reach, was able to get status quickly and had been able to accurately estimate the charges. I'd recommend Magic Carpet for sure. The carrier they contracted out to, however, decided to eat their lunch in my car (crumbs everywhere) and get oil/grease in the brand new interior, staining it. I'd not recommend Nn Transport from it, but would definitely recommend going through Magic Carpet.

Oh Mike, What a treat that you stopped by the office upon your arrival! What a bonus to actually get to meet face to face. I really enjoyed our conversation even if I was full of ibuprofen due to our holiday party the night before haha. Terribly sorry for the discourteous driver, I have sent word to management regarding that issue. Thanks so very much though for the great review regarding Magic. It was absolutely a pleasure doing business with you, and maybe I'll see you around town sometime, being the cozy community that we are.
