Our company will match any price by a 4 or 5 star rated Company on Transport Reviews. The matched price is only valid for up to 5 days. If a carrier cannot be dispatched within the 5 days the price will go up to the original estimated price. If the order is canceled a $75 cancellation fee will be applied.)
Your price went up to your original price but not without many attempts to communicate with you as well as our system sending you out notifications along the way to the email you provided. I am actually hurt you would be less than honest in what you say I said and how I said it. My customer service is EVERYTHING to me and my many many reviews before this one you from you is testiment to that. As for my management not returning your call? There is no voicemail from you or your husband. I infact let my management know that you said he would be calling. Our goal is to educate and communicate with our customers and in an effort to truly provide the very best of service I even provide my customers with my personal cell for off hours communication should there be a need. I am very happy you did however receive your vehicle in a timely manner and undamaged. ~Sheila~
