Worked with Susan from start to finish. She was always available whenever I called her with questions. My car is a german sports sedan and doing this for the first time, I was concerned about the service and safety of the vehicle. Susan reassured me that it would be picked up and delivered safely.

Due to the route (IL to MA) and timeline (December/Christmas) we were a little concerned about the availability of carriers for the transport, but in the end she found me one that was available for the dates listed.
