Magic Carpet Auto Transport (Broker)
Pros:
1. Reps: Sheila and Casey were very professional, helpful, friendly, and respectful. They were quick to correct any discrepancies, had open communication concerning the transport of car options. Did not feel pressured by them to use their company.

2. Competitive pricing. Called 6 companies and they by far had the most competitive prices for my transport, even before my promotions.

3. Accountable: I agreed on a price Sheila offered that turned out to be low for the drivers. Sheila kept to her word and kept with our agreed price, and adjusted the deposit so the driver would get more money.

Cons:
None



Diesel Auto Express (Company that actually transported the car- independent of broker)
Pros:
1. Timely in transport, said Thurs, and car arrived Thurs.
2. Professional: did thorough check on car when they picked up, VERY QUICK with physically picking and dropping off the car.
3. Open communication. If they were running late, they would call. They called the night before of delivery to confirm address and gave hour time frame.
4. Car delivered in the condition they picked it up in (except for the mud all over the car- nothing a car wash can't fix).

Cons:
1. Not accurate on their time. Example: At 10 am called to pick up car "in one hour." They called later to say they were coming late. Then they called multiple times to call they were coming late, and finally they picked up the car at 7:30pm. Delivering the car, they called the night before to say they were going to deliver between 6-7am. The morning of delivery they called at 8:30 am to say they would come before 10am. They arrived at 9:15am.

In short, I would recommend both companies.
