I normally don't write reviews, but there are exceptions and this is one of them:)

First of all magic carpet auto transport's customer service associate - Don Treece is a gem of a person. He'll answer your calls early in the morning or even late in the day, he'll give you all the detailed information about the cost, when and how much you'll be charged, driver details and company details etc. Sometimes, people are rushing you to get to sign up with them, but he is not. He would follow-up by email, if you requested a quote from him, but would not be forcing you to make an immediate decision. I was in dilemma in going with a single carrier for house-hold goods and car or two separate ones and I let him know about it. He waited!!

This company charges you only upon pickup and around 30-40% of the final amount. So if there are some changes in your plan, you can always cancel out without being charged a penny.

Next my order was taken on Saturday, car picked on Monday and delivered on Tuesday - - wow!! what should I say, its just too good.

My car was picked up on time, delivered quickly - the driver called up an hour before pick-up and delivery, when he was in the area. This helps so you can finish any activity you are doing and reach home.

Thank you, for taking care of the car movement - I had one less thing to worry about.
