At first we thought transporting our daughter's Ford Fiesta from Michigan to California was going to be a huge task, but Felicia was great! She is very professional, courtesy and so nice to talk to. Felicia always returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She put our mind at ease and we would use Magic Carpet (and Felicia if possble) in a heartbeat!! The transporter that she selected was also very nice and professional! The dispatcher returned phone calls in a timely manner. They got the car to Cali so fast!! My daughter was thrilled to have her car with her in LA so quickly!! So if any parents out there are shipping a vehicle for their children, Felicia and Magic Carpet can really reduce some of the moving stress!!! I did mark that the car was dirty when it was delivered. But that is understandable!! Driving an open carrier from Michigan to Califorina in winter ,through some rain and snow is to be expected. Our daughter was a little taken back when she saw it!! :0 But a trip through the car wash solved that in a hurry!!
