Overall, I'd say they're very helpful, and try to get your vehicle on it's way as fast as possible. Very professional, and they know what they're doing.
We had another company contact us after we booked with Magic Carpet, and they had put our vehicle up on the board a second time illegally without our consent, hoping that we would contact them again and use them instead (as if after that). They were dishonest, and caused unnecessary delays. After we dealt with them, however, we had a driver within 2 days, ready to get the car. No issues there with Magic Carpet.
The drivers CAN be a hassle however. The guy we had picking up the car only spoke broken English mixed with Arabic. Could NOT communicate with him over the phone at all, and was very difficult to distinguish anything he said in person. They were a few hours behind picking the car up in FL (1:00am versus 11:30pm), then they could not deliver the car on the following Friday, so it had to wait until Monday. Magic Carpet was very understanding through all of this, and ended up reducing the price on their end a bit to compensate for the problems we encountered.
I would definitely use them again as the brokers to get a car shipped anywhere. I was expecting at least some problems shipping (quite literally) cross-country, and we did have a few, however, the way it was handled was definitely up to par.
