Magic Carpet Auto Transport were better than excellent. Sheila went that extra mile & then some to secure tranport from New York to Illinois (close to Chicago). She answered all questions we had about transporting the vehicle (older SUV), ensuring us that driver was very experienced & insured. They really handled our order as though it was their own vehicle, moving from one state to another & we are so impressed that if we need to transport another vehicle, we will most definitely contact Sheila to make arrangements. And the carrier who delivered our vehicle was really great - he arrived on time, very curteous, put our vehicle on driveway, took excellent care of our vehicle, & we were very impressed. You can definitely expect excellence from Magic Carpet & their transporters, they truly are the BEST at what they do!
