I chose Magic Carpet due to their excellent rating on this website - and they definitely met my expectations. Sue was very helpful and responsive. She had great knowledge of the transport business and gave honest advice when asked. I had shopped around for various quotes and because I wasn't in a hurry, we were able to go in with a low price and wait to see if a carrier would pick up the order. Fortunately we found a carrier (Plycar) who picked up the order and did a great job in delivering my vehicles. I would not hesitate to use Magic Carpet again and/or recomemend them. They disclosed all of the fees upfront, there were no surprises, my cars where picked up when they said they would, and they were dropped off likewise. Also, I was impressed with Plycar as a carrier. they have top notch equipment, were very professional, the driver communicated with me to let me know when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would. He knew what he was doing, unloaded my cars with care, offered to help me move them to my garage. Definite thumbs up to Plycar.
