First time shipper who was REALLY nervous...

Like everyone who ships a car for the first time, I was really nervous about what to expect because of the good and bad information given on the internet. Finally, I decided which bid was reasonable, not the lowest one I was given, but then I contacted Magic Carpet Auto Transport, who had the highest ratings on the transport review site and asked them to price match. Sue was very accommodating, agreed to the price match, and settled my nerves by giving me a realistic view of what to expect. She then processed my order. To my surprise, I was sent an email from Magic Carpet the very next day that a transporter had taken my bid and was on their way to get my car. The transporter picked up the car on the day Magic Carpet said they would and I actually got my car 2 days later... 3 days earlier than expected. The early delivery date was a little unnerving at first because it I knew I needed time to get to the car and the transporter would have to wait, so I called Magic Carpet Auto Transport and they assured me the transporter would wait for me... and they did. I would definitely use Red Carpet Transport again.

Hi Eva, I'm really glad I could help take some of the stress out of what can be a very unnerving time. As you found out, there's nothing exact in the transport business, but I'm very glad the driver could accomodate your needs on the delivery.
