Kayleigh helped us ship 2 cars, one at a time a few weeks between each transport. I asked to have the cars picked up during pretty tight timeframes and Kayleigh really expressed to me that she would do everything in her power to get the cars picked up when I requested, but that she unfortunately could not guarantee that they would be picked up on the requested dates. After listening to her explain the industry and how all of these companies work I had a really good understanding of what companies were scams and which ones were legitimate. She did not bash the other companies, just merely explained how some of them do business and what red flags to look for while they were explaining the service. By the time I spoke with Kayleigh I had already spoken with like 20 companies and I noticed while she was explaining the red flags to look for that other companies will use to get your business, that I had heard all of those things from at least 3/4 of those companies. It just proved to me she was being honest. She wasn't even trying to make me think of them badly, she was just trytoing to make sure I had the necessary tools to make the best decision for transporting our cars. By the time Kayleigh had explained everything to me I felt confident in my decision to book with Magic Carpet and work with Kayleigh! I highly recommend working with thus company and this young lady for your auto shipping needs!!! She won't let you down! If you are one of those types of people who have a hard time choosing a company to work with because you want to be 110%p positive that its the right company for you, take my word and go with this company and this representative. I am that type of person, but there was just something about Kayleighs ability to make me feel confident in my decision that convinced me I was making the right decision. Call Magic Carpet.
