This is actually the second car of ours' that Casey Jackson arranged transport for from Calif to NY in the space of two weeks. In both cases, we found him eager to please, knowledgable and good at keeping us informed of dispatch and driver numbers to contact for needed information. With the second car, we were actually unavoidably late dropping the car off where we had arranged, and in numerous phone calls the driver was stressed. But he did come up with a solution for where we could drop off the car hours after the expected time, and all was well on arrival. No damage to either car, and the price, $1100, was reasonable.
