Brandon Bond was the rep I dealt with at Magic Carpet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. THe price did change from the original quote: plus $75.00.

Diesel Auto Express was the carrier company that actually transported the vehicle. Very clean truck and the drivers were polite and friendly, being very thorough with the examination of the vehicle before it was placed on carrier.

The car arrived on time. WHen my son went to pick up the vehicle, he realized that the front license plate from the vehicle was missing after he signed for the vehicle. There was some quibbling between the Carrier Company and myself as to wheter or not the license plate was actually on the vehicle when it was loaded onto the carrier.Fortunately I had taken pictures of the vehicle being loaded onto the carrier with both license plates intact.

Brandon, the original rep with whom I booked, intervened on my behalf and Diesel mailed me a check foe the replacement of the license plate very promptly.

All in all, it was a good experience and I would again use this company should the occasion present itself.
