Stephanie did an excellent job arranging for the drop off and pickup of the vehicle. The car arrived earlier than expected to the port of Oakland but Stephanie was able to arrange delivery of the car the next day, avoiding potential storage costs at the port. The car had no scratches or other types of damage. I am very pleased with the service provided.
