I could not have asked for a better person to handle my vehicle transportation. I initially went with another company who gave me the run around and would not return any of my calls. I was then referred to Magic Carpet Auto by a friend who spoke very highly of them. Kaleigh must of taken 10 to 15 minutes to explain the whole process from start to finish even before I agreed to sign with Magic Carpet to transport my vehicle. She answered all my questions with patience and in layman terms and made sure I understood everything she told me. She returned all calls and emails promptly. My initial contact with Kaleigh was approximately 1:00 p.m. EST and I got a call back from Kaleight 3 or 4 hours later (can't remember) that a carrier would be picking my vehicle up the next day. Unbelieveably amazing. She provided input about the price and what would generate offers of pickup from drivers. I have to say, I can't ask for anything better....3 hours later. She is an asset Magic Carpet! I would most certainly not only refer people to Magic Carpet Auto but to Kaleigh specifically.
