UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND UNRELIABLE! I paid the premium price for expedited service, but when the carrier delayed delivery beyond the promised date, Magic Carpet was of no help whatsoever. The contact person, Ashley Moss, was thoroughly incompetent and only works half days - so was unavailable when problems arose. Trying to sort out the late delivery proved futile since Magic Carpet focuses on reimbursing customers for positive reviews instead of providing decent customer service. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY'VE BEEN PAID FOR AND ARE BIASED! USE ANOTHER CARRIER!
