Michelle and her team at Magic Carpet (Jon, Casey) made shipping a Ford Escape cross country a truly pleasant experience. They promptly answered all of my questions each time I called. The carrier was professional and arrived a day earlier than the quote (yes, I was notified about the early arrival in advance). The door-to-door service was very convenient. The car did need to be washed, but that is as expected given the open carrier. I would use Magic Carpet again and I would recommend them to other customers.
