Worst customer service I've received - cancelled my order without my permission

If you don't read anything else, read this:
Magic Carpet TURNED DOWN MY BUSINESS TO SPITE ME and left me scrambling to find another carrier. Don't use them if you want any confidence that you will be taken care of. My story...I'm moving to Las Vegas and needed to ship two vehicles (separated by about two weeks) and chose Magic Carpet because of their reviews here. They weren't the cheapest, but my agent, Michelle Henriksbo, seemed knowledgeable and professional. So I decided to use them.
Michelle was difficult to get in touch with (I understand she was transitioning to working from home), but she returned calls promptly at first. Later, the only apparent reason that she found me a carrier was that I contacted her to ask about it. It seemed as if my business was bothersome to her. The only good thing I can say is that she lowered her fees by $15 to account for me traveling 20-30 minutes out of my way to meet the driver to move my first car. BUT THIS DOESN'T END HERE - KEEP READING FOR THE GOOD PART...I still had a second car to move and I was days from flying to Las Vegas. Again, my calls were not returned. So I called and spoke with a manager, Casey Jackson, and told him that I had had enough and didn't want Michelle to handle my second case - he told me on Thursday (July 19th) that he would take the case on personally and would contact me by noon on Friday (July 20th) with a solution. I never heard from him and received an email from Michelle on Friday afternoon saying that my order had been CANCELLED. Wait a minute - I didn't request my order to be cancelled! I was very clear with Casey (the manager!) that I just wanted another agent. So now I have to find another auto transport company to move my second car, while I'm 2000 miles away. My advice to you...find a company that appreciates your business and money and won't leave you hanging. DO NOT choose Magic Carpet.

Matthew, on behalf of myself and the management staff we greatly apologize for the miscommunication that has occurred between us and yourself. I was told that you were going to make other arrangements so I cancelled the order. It was also after I saw you were posted on the dispatch board for the carriers with another broker as well. I am sorry for you bad feelings as I do recall talking to you on many occasions about both orders and bent over backwards to get the first vehicle picked up. I was working equally as hard to get your second vehicle picked up. I do hope the other broker comes through for you and as always wish you the best of luck!! Michelle Henriksbo
