Bad Customer Service

My car was delivered about a week late. I know that issues happen, but Holly never ONCE reached out to me along the way to let me know that it would be late, what was happening, or when the updated delivery date was expected to be. I waited at home on delivery day and when no one showed up, I had to reach out to her repeatedly to figure out what was going on, and she was unable to provide me with any information. It was a "wait and see" situation until it finally showed up.

I was stuck for a week without transportation and was extremely unhappy with the level of the customer service. We also paid a higher price than the original quote we locked in to get it picked up on time. Our cars were eventually delivered and were in fine shape, but the process was painful and I would look elsewhere for a more customer-friendly company to use.

I take your concerns very seriously...I apologize on behalf of our carrier for the delay in receiving your vehicles. I called the driver on the day of our ESTIMATED delivery to check the status for you and had yet to receive a call back.. You called the next day and spoke with my associate, Kaleigh, who informed you of the mechanical issues the truck was having and they would not be continuing on until it was fixed. Is that the "wait and see" situation you're referring to? Again, I apologize you were not happy with the communication as I tried to get as much information as possible for you during this delay. The driver informed me he was communicating the time frames with you. I'm happy your cars were delivered in great shape. Thanks again for your feedback and I wish you the very best!!
