I HAVE NEVER HAD A VEHICLE SHIPPED BEFOR BUT IT WAS MUCH EASIER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. I CALLED MICHELLE AND SHE SET EVERY THING UP TOOK A FEW DAYS LONGER THEN I THOUGHT I CALLED HER UP AND SHE TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY AND THE VEHICLE WAS ON IT WAY. MICHELLE WAS VERY KNOWLIBABLE AND VERY EASY TO TALK TO. USE MAGIC CARPET AND TALK TO MICHELLE A++++++
